1. Make sure that you provide accurate information on your birth details when booking the workshop session.

2. If you still wish to participate by providing less-than-accurate birth details (e.g., speculated birth time), please be reminded that you’re investing in this workshop session at your own discretion.

3. The facilitator isn’t obligated to continue the workshop session if the birth chart calculation results in inaccuracy based on speculated birth time. Please note that the workshop session remains non-refundable.

1. There's a one-time rescheduling policy that allows you to reschedule no later than 24 hours prior to your workshop session. Drop us a notice at hello@shanasanusi.com.

2. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the workshop session will result in a 50% rescheduling fee.

3. Payment for the rescheduling fee must be made before booking a new date for the workshop session. Without payment, the rescheduled session will not be confirmed.

4. If you're unable to participate in the rescheduled workshop, your session will automatically be forfeited.

5. We’ll email you as soon as possible if the astrological counselor is unable to run the workshop session as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. In this rare but fairly human situation, you can reschedule your counseling session at no cost.

1. The workshop session is non-refundable, and all sales are final.

2. Due to this non-refund policy, please make sure that you do the following before registering and purchasing the workshop session to avoid any misunderstandings:

   • Make an informed decision to invest in the session.

   • Provide us with accurate birth details.

   • Read the sales page along with the terms and conditions carefully.

1. During the session, please ensure that you find a quiet, cozy, and safe spot where you can fully immerse yourself in the workshop experience on Zoom.

2. Being in a distracting environment (e.g., driving on the road, public places with a lot of noise, spaces where others may frequently interrupt you) during the Zoom counseling session is strictly prohibited.

3. If the workshop is disrupted, the facilitator reserves the right to end early, and the session will automatically be forfeited.

1. Not showing up within the first 15 minutes of the agreed time on Zoom for the workshop session is considered a no-show. The session will be forfeited and automatically ended. This will also limit your ability to register for any future live classes, workshops, or mentorship programs at The Story of Self Mystery School.

2. We’re unable to offer make-up sessions for missed scheduled workshop sessions.

3. There are no refunds for workshop sessions that are not attended.

1. The facilitator will wait for you only for the first 15 minutes to join the workshop session on Zoom. Do notify us via email at hello@shanasnausi.com if you anticipate being late.

2. The session will still conclude at the allotted time, even if you arrive slightly late (i.e., before the session reaches the 15-minute mark). Please keep in mind that the facilitator won’t be able to cover the entire session if you arrive late. To fully benefit from the workshop session, kindly arrive on time.

1. By investing in this workshop session, you’re declaring your consent for The Story of Self Mystery School to use your birth details to pull up information on the personal aspects of your life, whether perceived as negative or positive, based on your Vedic astrological chart.

2. This workshop session covers both light (i.e., nice to hear) and shadow (i.e., can potentially be challenging to confront) aspects of your Vedic birth chart details. Make sure that you’re ready to receive this information with an open heart and mind for growth.

3. The facilitator and The Story of Self Mystery School aren’t responsible and don’t have any liability for anything discussed or any outcomes or actions you take after the workshop session.

Participating in this astrological counseling session doesn’t include any email access to the facilitator post-session for personalized guidance, feedback, or follow-up questions based on the materials covered.

1. It's important to note that the workshop session isn’t psychotherapy nor a substitute for any types of psychological counseling or clinical diagnostic tools.

2. The workshop session is educational, reflective, and creative. This work is fully based on archetypes derived from modern mythology and pop culture, as well as the symbolic meaning found in ancient Vedic astrology.
